ABOUT US

Infracert d.o.o. is registered for the provision of railway services, primarily for the certification of subsystems of the railway system in the process of assessing their conformity with the technical specifications for interoperability (TSI) and national rules.

MISSION AND VISION

Our vision is - that INFRACERT d.o.o. becomes the leading institution for the certification of railway subsystems in Croatia and the region, which, by applying advanced technological solutions in the certification and quality control process, contributes to the development of the transport network and the creation of a coherent, interoperable and multimodal transport network with unique and high technical parameters throughout the EU.

Our goal is to become a reliable and professional partner to the consortium representatives for reconstruction projects and construction / electrification of new railway lines in Republic of Croatia and the region, for the implementation of the subsystem conformity assessment procedure according to the Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI) - NoBo, and national rules - DeBo for all of the subsystems of railway system.

Infracert d.o.o. is the first in Croatia accredited according to the HRN EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013 norm for assessing the conformity of subsystems and components of the interoperability of the railway system in the EU according to Directive 2016/797 under number 3705.

Infracert d.o.o. as a Notified Body (eng. Notified Body - NoBo), offers the service of conformity assessment and issuance of certificates of conformity of subsystems with technical specifications of interoperability, with the ultimate purpose of creating an EC declaration, for the following structural subsystems:
